IntelPharma GmbH

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services between IntelPharma GmbH and its customers. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless IntelPharma GmbH expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Conclusion of contract
A contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation or delivery of the ordered goods or provision of the agreed services.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in the respective currency and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is made in advance, by credit card, or other agreed payment methods.

4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and availability. IntelPharma GmbH is not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance selling contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins upon receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty and Liability
IntelPharma GmbH warrants that the delivered products comply with legal regulations. IntelPharma GmbH is liable for defects within the framework of the statutory provisions. Claims for damages are excluded unless gross negligence or willful intent is involved.

7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Customers consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purpose of conducting business.

8. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Amendments and additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of IntelPharma GmbH, unless another place of jurisdiction is prescribed by law.
