Payment<\/h3>

Payments are accepted via credit card, Twint, purchase on account, Apple Pay, or prepayment. Prepayment for orders is due within 14 days.<\/p>

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERWAY)<\/p>

As an external payment service provider, MF Group \/ POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account.” With this single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you fail to pay within the specified timeframe, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.<\/p>

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice amount and handles the corresponding payment terms. When purchasing on account, you accept\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0POWERPAY’s terms and conditions in addition to our terms and\u00a0conditions (powerpay.ch\/de\/agb).<\/a><\/p>

Vouchers<\/h3>

Vouchers and discounts are only valid during the specified period and can only be redeemed once during an online order process.<\/p>

Liability & Warranty<\/h3>

SOHOTREE AG excludes any liability for the products sold and delivered within the scope of the legally permissible provisions.<\/p>

Our products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and product defects. Under this warranty, we assume responsibility for the following defects in our AppleFiber products:<\/p>

  • Tearing of seams<\/li>
  • Material cracks<\/li>
  • Defective zippers<\/li><\/ul>

    However, the guarantee does not cover the following:<\/p>

    • Damage caused by improper use, improper care or repairs by third parties<\/li>
    • Normal wear and tear<\/li>
    • Damage caused by external influences such as fire or chemicals<\/li><\/ul>

      If your product is covered by the warranty, please contact us with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. We will assess the defect and endeavor to find a solution, which may include repair or replacement of the product. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.<\/p>

      Final provisions<\/h3>

      All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. SOHOTREE AG reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The currently valid version of the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed and printed at www.sohotree.ch.
